Jan Ayush Sansthan, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has worked since 2007 on social health camps, awareness programmes, and community-centred training for rural and semi-urban India. This admission page explains how to choose among our courses — especially CMS & ED for Primary Health Workers, plus DEMS and naturopathy / yoga diplomas (many aligned with MPYPCP, operating since 2007) — including qualification, documents, fees rules, and how online application works on a separate form page.
We publish fees and session dates in Notices and the prospectus so families can plan before they pay. Training emphasises practical skills, professional conduct, and knowing the limits of your role — not informal promises about jobs or licences. Each track has its own entry requirements and duration. CMS & ED (18 months, 12th PCB) prepares Primary Health Workers for first aid with essential medicines within the syllabus and prompt referral in emergencies — not registered specialist doctors. DEMS and naturopathy / yoga diplomas typically accept 10th or 12th pass candidates; confirm current intake on the linked course page and in Notices before you pay fees.

Training materials refer to Supreme Court jurisprudence on community health. Courts decide specific facts; they do not “approve” Jan Ayush or CMS & ED by name. Graduates are the first line of support — first aid, essential medicines within law, and prompt referral — not specialist doctors. Documents to prepare before you apply
Keep clear scans or photos ready before opening the Admission form. Files should be legible, uncropped, and match the name and date of birth you enter in the application.
- Recent passport-size photograph (colour, plain background)

- 10th and/or 12th mark sheets (as required for your course)

What is CMS & ED admission preparing me for?

प्रशिक्षण सामग्री में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्णण का संदर्भ है। न्यायालय विशिष्ट तथ्य पर फैसला करता है; जन आयुष या CMS व ED को नाम से “मंज़ूरी” नहीं देता। स्नातक पहली रक्षा पंक्ति हैं — फर्स्ट-एड, कानून के भीतर दवाएँ, तुरंत रेफरल — विशेषज्ञ नहीं। अभ्यास वर्तमान कानून, राज्य नियम और कार्यक्रम सीमा पर निर्भर।
